Real estate with a human touch
My name is Andrea Boussekine and I have been working in real estate for more than eight years. I specialise in apartment and room rentals in Brno — especially student housing, accommodation for international students and Erasmus stays — and in the sale of apartments and family houses across South Moravia.
I believe real estate should be done with a human touch — fairly, calmly and without pressure. That goes for both rentals and sales. I place particular emphasis on working with international students and Erasmus participants, who often arrange housing remotely and need clear information, trust and a reliable partner in Brno.
I lived in the United Kingdom for fifteen years, so I handle the entire process fluently in English. I work with Czech and international clients alike — students, expats, families and investors — guiding each of them step by step, from the first viewing to handing over the property.
With rentals I focus on transparent terms, a careful choice of tenants and the long-term peace of mind of owners. With sales I focus on realistic pricing, quality presentation and a calm, pressure-free process. I am a mother of two, and I believe trust and open communication are the foundation of every successful partnership.
