My name is Andrea Boussekine, and I am a real estate professional with over eight years of experience. I specialise in apartments, houses, and room rentals in Brno, with a strong focus on student housing, accommodation for international and Erasmus students, as well as the sale of apartments and family homes across South Moravia.
I believe real estate should be done with a human touch. Fairly, calmly and without pressure. That goes for both rentals and sales. I place particular emphasis on working with international students and Erasmus participants, who often arrange housing remotely and need clear information, trust and a reliable partner in Brno.
I lived in the United Kingdom for fifteen years, so I handle the entire process fluently in English. I work with Czech and international clients alike, students, expats, families and investors. Guiding each of them step by step, from the first viewing to handing over the property.
With student rentals and Erasmus stays in Brno I focus on transparent terms, a careful choice of tenants and the long-term peace of mind of owners. With property sales I focus on realistic pricing, quality presentation and a calm, pressure-free process. I have a track record of successful sales of both apartments and family houses.
